QYUNS-B Spends HKD 0.80 Million to Repurchase 51,400 H-Shares, Raising Treasury Stock to 3.55 Million

Qyuns Therapeutics Co., Ltd. (abbrev. QYUNS-B) disclosed a next-day return showing it bought back 51,400 H-shares on 11 June 2026 through on-market transactions, deploying HKD 0.80 million at prices between HKD 14.80 and HKD 15.80 per share. The repurchased amount equals 0.023 % of the company’s issued share base (excluding treasury shares) before the transaction.

Following the buyback, issued shares remain at 227.07 million, while treasury shares rose to 3.55 million. Outstanding shares available for trading now stand at 223.52 million.

The transaction was executed under the share-repurchase mandate approved on 29 May 2026, which authorises up to 22.44 million shares. Cumulative repurchases since the mandate total 839,000 shares, representing 0.37 % of the issued share count on the mandate date. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals extends through 11 July 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong Main Board rules.
