Shiyue Daotian Group Co., Ltd. repurchased 336,000 H shares on 24 April 2026 via on-market transactions, paying between HK$6.36 and HK$6.57 per share, with a volume-weighted average of HK$6.50. The total consideration was approximately HK$2.18 million.
Following the buyback, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell from 1.06 billion to 1.06 billion, a marginal reduction of 0.0318%. Treasury shares increased from 10.71 million to 11.05 million, while total issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.07 billion shares.
The transaction forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 26 June 2025, which authorises the company to buy back up to 42.18 million shares. To date, 11.05 million shares have been repurchased under this mandate, amounting to 26.19% of the authorised limit and representing 2.6187% of the share capital outstanding on the mandate date.
In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, Shiyue Daotian is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 24 May 2026.
