Hua Hong Grace Semiconductor Limited announced the immediate adoption of a new corporate logo on 13 August 2026. The updated branding will appear on all official materials, including interim and annual reports, announcements, circulars, notices, share certificates and the company’s website.

The Board emphasised that the change is purely visual: • Business operations, financial position and shareholder rights remain unaffected. • All existing share certificates bearing the former logo continue to serve as valid documents of title for trading, settlement, registration and delivery. • No free exchange of current certificates is planned; future share certificates will feature the new logo.

The announcement was authorised by Chairman and Executive Director Dr. Peng Bai and issued from Shanghai, PRC. Current board composition includes one Executive Director, four Non-executive Directors and three Independent Non-executive Directors.
