According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, M&G Plc acquired an additional 38,000 shares of MEILAN AIRPORT (HKEX: 00357) on June 15. The transaction was executed at an average price of approximately HK$4.74 per share, involving a total consideration of around HK$180,000.
Following this acquisition, M&G Plc's total shareholding in the company has risen to 45.394 million shares. This represents a 20.01% ownership stake in Meilan Airport.
