BRETON (01333) announced that a total of 106 million domestic non-listed shares held by several participating shareholders have been converted into the company's H-shares as of May 20, 2026. These converted H-shares will commence trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at 9:00 AM on May 21, 2026.
