On July 22, 2026, Yude Yan acquired a deemed interest in 6.00 million shares of VIRSCEND EDU (01565) following the company's repurchase of 6,000,000 shares for holding as treasury shares, with Yude Yan deemed to have interest due to his control of more than one-third voting power. The transaction involved approximately HKD 1.16 million at an average price of HKD 0.1941 per share.
Prior to the acquisition, Yude Yan's long position in VIRSCEND EDU was 1.42 billion shares, representing 45.96%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 1.43 billion shares, with the long position ratio rising to 46.16%.
