ZHOU LIU FU Jewellery Co., Ltd. disclosed that on 27 May 2026 it bought back 292,500 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The repurchases were executed within a price range of HK$16.66–HK$17.24, with a volume-weighted average cost of HK$17.09 per share and an aggregate consideration of approximately HK$4.99 million.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell from 272.48 million to 272.18 million shares, representing a 0.11% reduction. Treasury shares increased from 1.21 million to 1.51 million.
The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 22 May 2026, which authorises ZHOU LIU FU to repurchase up to 27.28 million shares. Including the latest purchase, the company has acquired 572,900 shares under the mandate, equivalent to 0.21% of the issued share base at the time the mandate was granted.
Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals until 26 June 2026.
