BEISEN HOLDING Announces Share Buyback Plan Valued at HK$1.5 Billion to HK$2 Billion

BEISEN HOLDING has announced its intention to repurchase its own shares.
The company plans to exercise its buyback authority, subject to appropriate market conditions, to acquire its issued shares on the open market. The total value of the proposed share repurchase is estimated to be between HK$1.5 billion and HK$2 billion.
The share buyback will be conducted in compliance with the company's current articles of association, the listing rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, the Hong Kong Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and Share Repurchases, the Companies Law of the Cayman Islands, and all other applicable laws and regulations.
