CIMC Enric Repurchases 200,000 Shares, Raising Treasury Stock to 2.76 Million

On 17 June 2026, CIMC Enric Holdings Ltd. executed an on-market buyback of 200,000 ordinary shares at a price range of HKD 8.22–8.28, for a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 8.2751 per share. The transaction involved a cash outlay of approximately HKD 1.66 million.

Following the repurchase, issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell to 2.11 billion, while treasury shares rose to 2.76 million. The adjustment represents a 0.0095 % reduction in the outstanding share base compared with the previous balance reported on 11 June 2026.

The buyback forms part of a mandate approved on 20 May 2026 that authorises the company to repurchase up to 211.30 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 1.23 million shares, equivalent to 0.0582 % of the issued share count at the time the authorisation was granted.

Under Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06, CIMC Enric is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares until 17 July 2026.
