Yancheng Port Announces CEO Transition: Chen Haojie Succeeds Ji Yaosheng, Joins Board and Remuneration Committee

Yancheng Port International Co., Limited reported a senior leadership reshuffle effective 22 May 2026.

• Executive Changes – Ji Yaosheng resigned as Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, Remuneration Committee member and Authorised Representative to focus on other business commitments. – Chen Haojie, 39, with more than 12 years of experience in port operations, logistics and financial services, has been appointed to all four vacated posts.

• Incoming CEO Profile Chen currently serves as Chairman and Party Secretary of Jiangsu Yancheng Port Dafeng Port Development Group Co., Ltd. and previously held senior roles at Yancheng Port’s smart-port and logistics subsidiaries. He holds a Bachelor of Business (International Business) from Australia’s Swinburne University of Technology.

• Contract Terms Chen signed a three-year service contract commencing 22 May 2026. Either party may terminate the agreement with not less than three months’ written notice. The company disclosed that Chen will receive nil remuneration.

• Board Composition Update Following the transition, the board comprises three Executive Directors (Lu Shuai, Yuan Xin and Chen Haojie), one Non-Executive Director (Ding Anguang) and three Independent Non-Executive Directors (Lau Hon Kee, Yu Xugang, Hui Alice).

The board expressed gratitude to Ji Yaosheng for his contributions and welcomed Chen Haojie to his new roles.
