Major Wall Street institutions are putting significant capital behind their bullish outlook on the AI optical interconnect leader, with Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase both increasing their holdings in ZJ Innolight (03308) H-shares.

Data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that Goldman Sachs raised its long position in ZJ Innolight H-shares from 11.65% to 12.19% on August 3, 2026. Previously disclosed figures showed that Goldman Sachs Group had already increased its stake in the company from 5.95% to 11.90% on July 30.

Meanwhile, JPMorgan Chase boosted its long position in ZJ Innolight H-shares from 5.6% to 13.72% on July 31, 2026.

On July 30, ZJ Innolight, the first company in Shandong province to achieve a trillion-yuan market capitalization on the A-share market, officially listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, completing an "A+H" dual capital platform. The final pricing for the global offering of H-shares was set at HKD 980 per share, with the total fundraising reaching HKD 53.41 billion (approximately USD 6.81 billion).

Goldman Sachs is optimistic about the company's potential to benefit from the growing demand for AI high-speed interconnects. As NVIDIA's AI servers undergo continuous upgrades, optical modules are accelerating their transition from 800G to 1.6T and even 3.2T iterations. As a global leader in optical modules, ZJ Innolight, with its technological expertise in silicon photonics, scale advantages, and global customer base, is well-positioned to continue benefiting from the AI data center expansion cycle.
