Anton Oilfield Announces RMB 0.0373 Final Dividend for FY 2025

Anton Oilfield Services Group has declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.0373 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to its announcement released on 29 March 2026.

Shareholders will vote on the distribution at the annual general meeting scheduled for 27 May 2026. If approved, the stock will trade ex-dividend on 29 May 2026. The company’s share register will close from 02 to 04 June 2026, with 04 June 2026 set as the record date. Dividend payments are slated for 11 June 2026 and will be settled in Renminbi, with an exchange rate of RMB 1 to RMB 1 applied to all Hong Kong-registered shares.

Investors intending to qualify for the distribution must lodge share transfer documents with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 16:30 on 01 June 2026.

No withholding tax or warrant-related matters were disclosed in the filing. The board currently comprises three executive directors—Luo Lin, Pi Zhifeng and Fan Yonghong—alongside one non-executive director and four independent non-executive directors.
