Valuetronics Holdings Limited released a statement on Jul, 21 2026 addressing questions from the Securities Investors Association (Singapore) about its FY2026 annual report.

The group said revenue momentum from a Canada-based network access solutions customer remains supported by growth in global data consumption, but it declined to disclose customer-specific information. Management confirmed that the third-floor expansion of its Vietnam campus was completed in FY2026, lifting floor area by roughly 40 per cent and providing sufficient capacity without near-term capital expenditure.

On Trio AI, Valuetronics recapped that the unit was set up in 2024 to supply GPU computing services in Hong Kong, supported by an external market study and a specialist management team. Slower-than-expected customer adoption led to a HK$15 million (about S$2.6 million) investment by Yee Hop Holdings Limited in Sep, 2025, reducing Valuetronics’ stake to an associate position. The board said it will inject no additional capital and is exploring the sale or redeployment of GPU servers to recover value.

The company announced a capital return programme of HK$300 million (about S$52 million) to be carried out in FY2027 and FY2028. An initial HK$80 million (about S$14 million) share-buyback tranche is being executed over 12 months; HK$12.7 million (about S$2.2 million) has been utilised to date. The dividend payout ratio target has been raised to 50-70 per cent of net profit from the previous 30-50 per cent range.

Valuetronics said share repurchases will be guided by cash resources, share-price levels and alternative capital uses, while qualitative forward guidance will continue to be provided in its half-year and full-year results.
