Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust (SERT) announced on Mar, 24 2026 that it has signed a binding agreement to divest the Riverside Park office property in Warsaw, Poland, for €22.5 million (about 33.6 million Singapore dollars).
The sale, executed through wholly owned subsidiary Riverside PL Propco S.à r.l., is subject to the Capital City of Warsaw’s pre-emption rights, which lapse in Apr, 2025, and other customary conditions. Completion is targeted for the second quarter of 2026.
Riverside Park is a 12,631 sq m multi-tenant office building completed in 2005 and most recently valued at €21.4 million as at Dec, 31 2025 by Savills. The agreed price therefore represents a modest premium to the latest valuation. A divestment fee of €0.1 million, or 0.5% of the sale price, will be paid to the managers in line with SERT’s trust deed.
Net proceeds will be allocated to new investments that fit SERT’s strategic focus on logistics, light industrial and data centre assets, or used for general working-capital needs. Post-transaction, the trust’s exposure to Poland will decrease to 6.0%, and the share of logistics, light industrial and data centre properties in its portfolio will rise to 60%, with more than 90% of assets located in Western Europe and the Nordics.
