POLY PPT SER (06049) has announced the appointment of Mr. Wang Yingnan as an executive director. His term will commence at the conclusion of an extraordinary general meeting and will last until the end of the third board of directors' tenure. On the same day, following a board resolution dated January 27, 2026, and contingent upon Mr. Wang's appointment as a director being approved by shareholders at the EGM, the board appointed him as a member of the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee. His term on the committee will be concurrent with that of the third board of directors.
