NetLink NBN Trust announced the appointment of two Independent Non-Executive Directors, Lim Ming-Hui Andrew and Nagaraj Sivaram, effective Apr, 1 2026.

Upon joining, Lim Ming-Hui Andrew will sit on the newly formed Nominating and Remuneration Committee (NRC), while Nagaraj Sivaram will join the Audit Committee.

The trust will also combine its existing Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee into a single NRC from Apr, 1 2026.

Following these changes, the board will comprise eleven directors, including Chairman Chaly Mah Chee Kheong, with the Audit Committee chaired by Koh Kah Sek and the Risk and Sustainability Committee remaining unchanged.
