Bukit Sembawang Estates schedules physical AGM and outlines dividend timetable

Bukit Sembawang Estates Limited announced that its 60th Annual General Meeting will be held in a fully physical format at the Riverfront Ballroom, Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, Singapore, on Jul, 31 2026 at 10:30 a.m. Registration opens at 9:30 a.m., and there will be no virtual participation option.

Shareholders may attend in person, submit questions in advance by Jul, 17 2026, or vote either in person or by proxy. Proxy instruments must reach the company or its share registrar by 10:30 a.m. on Jul, 28 2026. CPF and SRS investors who wish to appoint the meeting chairman as proxy must submit instructions through their respective agents by 5:00 p.m. on Jul, 20 2026.

Subject to shareholder approval, a final one-tier tax-exempt dividend and a special one-tier tax-exempt dividend will be paid on Aug, 20 2026. The record date for determining dividend entitlements is 5:00 p.m. on Aug, 06 2026.

The notice of AGM, proxy form and related documents are available on SGXNET and the company’s website. Printed copies will be mailed to shareholders, who can request a hard copy of the FY2026 Annual Report by returning the request form by Jul, 23 2026.
