POLY PPT SER (06049) has announced the results of its board appointments following approval at the Annual General Meeting. Mr. Liu Ping and Mr. Liu Zhihui have been appointed as Non-executive Directors of the company's fourth-term board. Ms. Wu Lanyu and Mr. Wang Yingnan have been appointed as Executive Directors of the fourth-term board. Mr. Wang Xiaojun, Ms. Tan Yan, and Mr. Zhang Liqing have been appointed as Independent Non-executive Directors of the fourth-term board.

In accordance with the company's Articles of Association, the board has resolved to elect Ms. Wu Lanyu as the Chairperson of the board. Her term will align with the tenure of the fourth-term board.

Furthermore, the board has resolved, in line with the Articles of Association, to make the following appointments: (1) Mr. Wang Yingnan as the General Manager of the company; (2) Mr. Liu Long, Mr. Zou Fushun, Mr. Zhao Binbin, and Ms. Zhu Ruijia as Deputy General Managers; (3) Mr. Liu Long as the Board Secretary; and (4) Mr. He Jielun as the Chief Financial Officer.
