CONTIOCEAN (02613) has released a statement updating shareholders and potential investors. The board clarified that after Mr. Shu resigned as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer effective June 1, 2026, he is no longer considered a core connected person under the Listing Rules.

Furthermore, following the conversion of 30 million domestic shares into H-shares on June 9, 2026, the 1.5 million converted H-shares held by Mr. Shu are now counted as part of the company's public float. As a result, the company confirms that as of June 9, 2026, the public holds 10.59 million H-shares, representing approximately 26.48% of the total issued share capital. This brings the public float back above the 25% minimum threshold required under Listing Rule 19A.28B(1)(a).
