WANG ON GROUP (01222) has announced that Ms. Yu Yuyan stepped down as an executive director effective from the conclusion of the annual general meeting held on 19 August 2026.
Concurrently, she also ceased to serve as a member of the company's executive committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee.
Following the conclusion of the same annual general meeting, Ms. Stephanie has been appointed as a member of both the remuneration committee and the nomination committee.
