LX Technology announces HK$3.58 million on-market share buyback, trims free float by 0.04%

LX Technology Group Limited filed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 27 May 2026, confirming the on-market repurchase of 150,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange the same day.

The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$23.78 to HK$24.00, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HK$23.8928 per share and an aggregate consideration of approximately HK$3.58 million. The transaction represents 0.0427% of the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) prior to the buyback. All repurchased shares have been transferred to treasury stock.

Following the transaction, LX Technology’s issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury stock) declined from 351.41 million to 351.26 million, while the treasury share balance rose from 1.85 million to 1.997 million. Total issued shares remain unchanged at 353.26 million.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate granted on 6 June 2025, which authorises the company to buy back up to 35.33 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this authority now stand at 1.997 million shares, equivalent to 0.5654% of the issued share base on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, LX Technology is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 26 June 2026.
