BEISEN HOLDING Repurchases 100,000 Shares for HK$353,200 on July 7

On July 7, BEISEN HOLDING (HKEX: 09669) executed a share repurchase, acquiring 100,000 of its own shares at a total cost of HK$353,200.
The buyback price ranged between HK$3.50 and HK$3.58 per share.
Additionally, the company issued a total of 47,500 new shares pursuant to its pre-IPO share option scheme, which was originally adopted on July 15, 2019, and has been amended from time to time since.
