On 2 July 2026, the company bought back 262,000 H-shares on the Exchange at prices ranging between HK$10.24 and HK$10.69, for a total consideration of HK$2.79 million. The volume-weighted average purchase price was approximately HK$10.63 per share.
Including two earlier on-market repurchases—212,000 shares on 26 June at an average HK$9.87 and 528,000 shares on 30 June at an average HK$10.08—SCIENCE TECH has acquired an aggregate 1,002,000 H-shares for cancellation that remain uncancelled as of the latest balance date. The cumulative buy-backs represent 0.29 % of the company’s 346.75 million issued H-shares.
Despite the repurchases, the issued share capital stood unchanged at 346.75 million shares as of 2 July 2026 because the acquired shares have not yet been cancelled. The current repurchase activity utilises approximately 2.89 % of the 34.67 million-share mandate granted by shareholders on 22 May 2026, leaving headroom of about 33.67 million shares (roughly 9.71 % of issued shares).
Under the Hong Kong Listing Rules, SCIENTECH is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares until 1 August 2026.
The board confirmed that all repurchases complied with applicable regulations and that no material changes have occurred to the Explanatory Statement dated 23 April 2026.
