DMALL and Lingxinqiaoshou Establish Lingmei Intelligence

On May 21, DMALL (Shenzhen) Digital Technology Co., Ltd., Lingxinqiaoshou (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Taiyi Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership) jointly established "Lingmei Intelligent Digital Core (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd." The three parties hold 51%, 29%, and 20% of the shares, respectively.

The legal representative of Lingmei Intelligent Digital Core (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. is Zhang Feng, who is also the co-founder and president of DMALL.

Public information indicates that DMALL was listed in Hong Kong in December 2024. Recently, DMALL has been active in the AI field, seemingly accelerating its strategic layout to integrate AI agents with retail scenarios.

The other major shareholder, Lingxinqiaoshou, is a leading enterprise in the domestic embodied intelligent robotics sector. It focuses on the research and development of core technologies for dexterous hands and cloud-based intelligent brains, holding over 80% of the global market for high-degree-of-freedom dexterous hands. It is also the only company globally to achieve full coverage of the three mainstream technical routes: tendon-driven, linkage, and direct-drive. In April of this year, Lingxinqiaoshou completed a B+ round of financing worth hundreds of millions of US dollars and has now initiated a new round of financing, targeting a valuation as high as $6 billion, doubling the valuation from the B+ round.
