Zhongzhi Pharmaceutical Affirms Stable Share Base and Compliance with Public Float in May 2026

Zhongzhi Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited reported no changes to its capital structure for the month ended 31 May 2026, according to its Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 1 June 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 1.56 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 15.60 million. Issued share capital stood unchanged at 863.60 million ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares.

Zhongzhi Pharmaceutical confirmed that it continues to meet the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 % of issued shares. Throughout May, the company reported no issuance or cancellation of shares, no share repurchases, and no movements related to share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments.

The filing was authorised by Director Lai Zhi Tian, who affirmed that all regulatory obligations under the Listing Rules and relevant laws have been duly observed.
