Beisen Holding (Beisen) has released its FY2026 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, detailing new governance measures, climate metrics and social-impact results for the period 1 April 2025 – 31 March 2026.

Key governance upgrades • A Board-level Sustainability Committee was added to strengthen oversight of climate strategy, AI ethics, data security and stakeholder engagement. • The company’s ESG framework now aligns with Hong Kong Exchange Appendix C2 requirements and ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301). • Beisen was included in the 2026 S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook and classified as an “Industry Mover.”

Climate and environmental performance • Scope 1+2 location-based emissions totalled 737.15 tCO₂e, down 9.20% year on year; intensity fell to 0.67 tCO₂e per million yuan of revenue. • First-time disclosure of five Scope 3 categories lifted total Scope 3 emissions to 4,428.37 tCO₂e; the company will refine measurement in coming years. • Total energy consumption reached 1.39 million kWh, equal to 1,257.48 kWh per million yuan of revenue; water withdrawal was 999.42 t. • Hazardous waste generation remained low at 0.11 t, all handled by licensed recyclers; non-hazardous waste totalled 140.37 t with 100% compliant disposal. • Beisen reaffirmed its target to “maintain or reduce” energy and carbon intensity relative to FY2025 levels and is piloting green-power data-centre sourcing (PUE ≤ 1.35).

Social indicators • Workforce totalled 1,851 staff; women accounted for 48.1% and filled 36% of management roles. • Employee engagement score improved to 66.4% (up 1.3 pp), while average training hours reached 10.76 per employee across 924 new online courses. • Health coverage includes 100% annual medical checks, EAP services and ergonomic interventions; no work-related fatalities occurred. • Long-term incentive plans now cover roughly 25%–30% of employees below senior management.

Data security and responsible AI • No cybersecurity or data-privacy breaches were recorded. • The company expanded ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701 certifications and completed China CAC algorithm filing for its AI HR products. • A dedicated “responsible AI” governance body monitors algorithm fairness, model security and user transparency.

Supply-chain and community engagement • Supplier base reached 391, all screened against new ESG clauses that emphasise environment, OHS and business-ethics compliance. • Public-welfare expenditure rose to RMB 3.04 million, supporting rural-education talent programmes and community volunteer initiatives.

Outlook Beisen will refine quantitative climate targets, extend Scope 3 data coverage and deepen integration of AI governance, aiming to keep carbon intensity at or below FY2025 levels while scaling its AI-driven HR solutions globally.
