Singapore Shipping Corporation Limited said Mr Tan Chue Chin will cease to be its company secretary with effect from May, 10 2026.
Following his departure, the company secretaries will be Mr Derek Goh Yong Sian, Ms Lin Moi Heyang and Ms Tang Pei Chan.
The board expressed its appreciation to Mr Tan for his service, according to a filing dated Mar, 20 2026.
