Zhaoke Ophthalmology Limited (Zhaoke Ophthalmology) has filed a Next Day Disclosure Return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange dated 9 July 2026, confirming the latest status of its share capital and ongoing repurchase programme.

• Share capital unchanged As at both 1 July 2026 (opening balance) and 9 July 2026 (closing balance), Zhaoke Ophthalmology had 548.75 million issued ordinary shares. No treasury shares were outstanding.

• Latest on-market repurchase On 9 July 2026 the company bought back 8,500 shares on the Exchange at between HK$2.58 and HK$2.62 per share, spending HK$22,100.

• June–July repurchase tally From 11 June to 9 July 2026 the company repurchased 1.72 million shares pending cancellation. This represents approximately 0.31% of the current issued share base. The combined consideration, based on disclosed daily average prices, totals about HK$4.58 million, implying an average cost of roughly HK$2.66 per share.

• Headroom under mandate The repurchases are being made under a mandate approved on 15 May 2026 that authorises the company to buy back up to 54.87 million shares.
