PuraPharm Corporation Limited filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuers to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the month ended 31 July 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital were unchanged.

Key highlights:

• Authorised share capital stood at USD 5.00 billion, representing 5 trillion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.001 each. No increases or reductions were recorded during the month.

• Issued share capital remained at 535.90 million ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding or movements reported.

• The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent of issued shares.

• Under its 2015 Share Option Scheme, 23.96 million options were outstanding at month-end, unchanged from June 2026. No options were exercised, and no new shares or treasury-share transfers occurred. The scheme still permits up to 31.79 million additional shares to be issued upon future grants and exercises.

• PuraPharm reported no warrants, convertible securities, other share-issuance agreements, or treasury-share transactions during the period.
