The company reported Q2 revenue of $546.47 million, up 24% year-over-year and well above analyst estimates of $514.61 million. Adjusted earnings per share came in at $0.28, crushing the consensus estimate of a $0.09 loss. Unity also provided strong third-quarter guidance, projecting strategic revenue of $540 million to $550 million, ahead of the $538.79 million consensus.
In response, multiple analysts took bullish actions. B of A Securities and Deutsche Bank both upgraded the stock to Buy from Neutral/Hold and lifted their price targets to $50 from $30 and $31, respectively. Morgan Stanley, Jefferies, and Wedbush also raised their targets to $50, while Needham set a Street-high target of $54. Oppenheimer, UBS, and Wells Fargo similarly boosted their price objectives. The flurry of upgrades and target increases reflects growing confidence in Unity's growth trajectory, particularly driven by the success of its Unity Vector AI and an exciting product roadmap.
