Tiange completes HKD 0.54 million on-market buyback, reducing free float by 0.08%

Tian Ge Interactive Holdings Limited (Tiange) disclosed a buyback of 855,000 ordinary shares on 31 July 2026. The shares were repurchased on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 0.62 to HKD 0.65, with a volume-weighted average of HKD 0.6327. The aggregate consideration amounted to HKD 0.54 million.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.08% to 1,106.11 million. Treasury shares increased to 3.28 million, keeping total issued capital unchanged at 1,109.39 million shares.

The repurchase was executed under the mandate approved by shareholders on 29 May 2026, which authorises up to 110.94 million shares for repurchase. Cumulative buybacks under this mandate now total 3.28 million shares, representing 0.30% of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date.

Under Main Board Rule 10.06, Tiange is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales until 30 August 2026.
