On 24 July 2026, King Fook Holdings Limited released three key documents for stakeholders: 1) the Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, 2) a circular containing the Notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), and 3) the standalone Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report 2026.

The annual report and AGM circular are available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (http://www.irasia.com/listco/hk/kingfook) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk). The ESG Report is provided in electronic form only and can be accessed under the “ESG Report” section of the same websites.

Non-registered shareholders experiencing difficulties in accessing the online versions—or preferring hard copies—may request printed materials free of charge by writing to the company’s share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or by emailing kingfook.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

For future corporate communications, non-registered shareholders are encouraged to supply a valid email address to their designated intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited) to receive materials electronically. Until a usable email address is provided, notification letters about online publication will continue to be dispatched by post.
