On 2 April 2026, Tian Chang Group Holdings issued a supplementary announcement to its 23 March 2026 discloseable transaction regarding the purchase of a land parcel in the Xinmin Luotang Area of Huizhou City, Guangdong. The Board stated that previous wording in the original disclosure, which referenced “expanding manufacturing and production capacity for electronic cigarettes,” did not accurately reflect the strategic intent of the acquisition.
The company now confirms that the primary objective is to develop a new product line within its integrated plastic solutions segment. Tian Chang Group currently operates three core businesses—integrated plastic solutions, e-cigarette products, and medical consumables. Management emphasized that the Huizhou project is intended to buttress growth in integrated plastic solutions; any advantages to the e-cigarette segment will be incidental.
Apart from this clarification, all terms, timelines, and financial details of the land purchase remain unchanged, and no material impact on the Group’s financial condition or operations is anticipated. The Board has apologised for any confusion caused by earlier wording and collectively accepts responsibility for the accuracy of the revised disclosure.
