SCVE GROUP: April 2026 Monthly Return Shows Stable Share Base and Sufficient Public Float

South China Vocational Education Group Company Limited (SCVE GROUP) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the month ended 30 April 2026 on 7 May 2026, confirming an unchanged capital structure and continued compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange public-float requirements.

SCVE GROUP’s authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. No additions or reductions were recorded during the period.

Issued shares stood unchanged at 1.334 billion, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares. Consequently, there was no movement in issued share capital, and no funds were raised through share issuance in April.

The company confirmed that its public float exceeds the Main Board’s minimum 25% threshold, ensuring ongoing compliance with Listing Rule 13.32D(1).

No warrants, convertible securities, other share-based agreements, or Hong Kong Depositary Receipts were outstanding or issued during the month.

Overall, SCVE GROUP’s share capital profile remained stable through April 2026, with sufficient headroom preserved under its option scheme and full compliance with exchange regulations.
