Shenzhen Investment Limited released its monthly return for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming a stable share structure and full compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange public-float rules.

Total issued ordinary shares remained unchanged at 8.90 billion, with no treasury shares on the books. The company reported no new share issues, repurchases, cancellations or transfers during the month, resulting in a net change of zero for both issued and treasury shares.

Shenzhen Investment affirmed that its public float comfortably satisfied the Main Board’s minimum 25% requirement as of 30 April 2026.

Under the share option scheme adopted on 31 May 2022, no options were outstanding, granted, exercised or cancelled during the month. The plan still permits the future issuance of up to 889.88 million shares, representing roughly 10% of the existing share capital, should the board decide to grant options.

The company reported no outstanding warrants, convertible securities or other equity-linked instruments, and raised no funds from equity activities in April.

All necessary confirmations regarding regulatory compliance, receipt of funds (where applicable) and documentation have been provided by Operation Manager Wang Lixian, underscoring adherence to Hong Kong listing requirements.
