The board proposes an ordinary final dividend of RMB 2 per 10 shares—equivalent to RMB 0.20 per share. Although declared in renminbi, shareholders will receive the payout in Hong Kong dollars. The exact HKD amount will be set using the average RMB/HKD benchmark rate published by the People’s Bank of China over the five business days preceding the 5 June 2026 annual general meeting.

All other terms of the dividend remain unchanged from the previous notice; the current announcement focuses on the revised timetable and currency arrangements.
