Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (MPACT) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, MPACT Treasury Company Pte. Ltd., has priced 200 million Singapore dollars of 2.530 % fixed-rate senior green notes under its 5 billion Singapore dollars Euro Medium Term Securities Programme.

The notes will be issued on Jun, 25 2026 and will mature on Jun, 24 2033. Coupon payments are set at 2.530 % per annum, and the obligations will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by DBS Trustee Limited in its capacity as trustee of MPACT.

Moody’s has assigned a Baa2 rating to the new notes, mirroring MPACT’s long-term issuer rating. Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited and United Overseas Bank Limited act as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the transaction.

Net proceeds will be used to finance or refinance eligible green projects in accordance with the MPACT Green Finance Framework.

The trust noted that event-of-default clauses linked to changes in its manager mirror similar provisions in its existing loan facilities; approximately 5.88 billion Singapore dollars of outstanding borrowings would be affected should such events occur.

An application will be made for the notes to be listed on the Singapore Exchange and to be recognised under the SGX Sustainable Fixed Income initiative.
