YNBY INTL repurchases 3.00 million shares at HKD 0.247, lifting treasury stock to 17.50 million

YNBY International Limited disclosed on 26 June 2026 that it bought back 3.00 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at a price of HKD 0.247 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 0.74 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell from 9.52 billion to 9.52 billion shares, a marginal decrease of 0.0315%. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock, increasing the treasury balance from 14.50 million to 17.50 million shares. Total issued shares, including treasury stock, remain unchanged at 9.54 billion.

The buyback formed part of the general mandate approved by shareholders on 22 May 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 953.79 million shares. To date, 17.50 million shares—equivalent to 0.18% of the issued share base at the mandate date—have been repurchased under this authority.

In line with Hong Kong listing regulations, YNBY INTL is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 26 July 2026.
