Chu Kong Shipping names Tang Yi Hoi Nomination Committee Chair; Deputy GM Lin Shengqi steps down

Chu Kong Shipping Enterprises (Group) Company Limited announced that Independent Non-executive Director Tang Yi Hoi has been appointed chairman of the company’s Nomination Committee with effect from 25 May 2026. The role carries an annual chairman’s fee of HK$0.05 million, set by the Remuneration Committee and approved by the board. With this appointment, the company confirms compliance with Rule 3.27A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, which requires an independent non-executive director to chair the nomination committee.

Concurrently, Deputy General Manager Lin Shengqi has resigned, also effective 25 May 2026, following his acceptance of a position outside the group. The board expressed appreciation for his service.

Following these changes, Chu Kong Shipping’s board comprises: Executive Director Zhou Jun (Managing Director); Non-executive Director Zhong Yan; and Independent Non-executive Directors Chan Kay-cheung, Yau Lai Man, Hon. Rock Chen Chung-nin and Tang Yi Hoi.
