Jun 05

Minerva Group Holding Limited (Minerva Group) on 5 June 2026 published its Prospectus for a non-underwritten rights issue. Eligible shareholders will be offered one Rights Share for every two shares held on the record date.

The English and Chinese versions of both the Prospectus and the accompanying Provisional Allotment Letter (PAL) are now accessible under the “Investor Relations” section of the company’s website (www.minervagroup.hk) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Printed copies of the current corporate communications have been dispatched to shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy materials. Shareholders who have not made such a request received only the actionable documents.

Shareholders may switch between electronic and printed formats or change their language preference at any time by submitting a duly completed Change Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, with at least seven days’ written notice.

Minerva Group encourages electronic communication and recommends that shareholders provide a functional email address to the registrar to receive future corporate communications and actionable documents electronically.

Enquiries can be directed to the registrar’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.
