Soilbuild Construction faces SMC adjudication claim of about 9.0 million Singapore dollars

Soilbuild Construction Group Ltd. said its wholly owned subsidiary SB Procurement Pte. Ltd. received a notice of intention to commence adjudication on May, 21 2026 from a subcontractor, followed the same day by an adjudication application filed with the Singapore Mediation Centre.

The subcontractor is claiming approximately 9.0 million Singapore dollars, inclusive of GST. SB Procurement lodged its adjudication response on May, 29 2026, contesting the claim.

The company stated it is working with legal advisers to resist the application and will update shareholders on any material developments. It also advised investors to exercise caution when dealing in its securities.
