HQVT Reports No Share Capital Movement and Confirms Public Float Compliance for July 2026

Shenzhen HQVT Technology Co., Ltd. (HQVT) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming a stable share structure and full compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange public float rules.

The company’s issued H-share capital remained unchanged at 756.14 million shares, each with a par value of RMB 0.0125. Unlisted domestic shares also stayed flat at 18.06 million. Consequently, total issued share capital held steady at 774.21 million shares, equivalent to RMB 9.68 million in nominal value.

No share issuances, cancellations, repurchases, options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were recorded during the month. HQVT further confirmed that the proportion of H-shares in public hands satisfies the Main Board Rule minimum threshold of 25%.

The filing, signed by Executive Director Zhou Bo on 05 August 2026, notes that as a PRC joint-stock company the concept of “authorised share capital” is not applicable; the disclosed figures refer solely to issued share capital.
