Ever Glory United Holdings Limited clears all resolutions at 2026 AGM

Ever Glory United Holdings Limited announced that shareholders approved all 11 resolutions at its Annual General Meeting held on Apr, 27 2026 in Singapore.

The meeting adopted the group’s FY 2025 audited financial statements and endorsed a final dividend of 1.0 Singapore cent per share.

Shareholders also sanctioned directors’ fees of 0.349 million Singapore dollars for FY 2026, the re-election of Chairman Sun Renwang and Independent Director Goh Siong Pheck Francis, and the re-appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as external auditor.

Special business items passed included mandates authorising the board to issue new shares, grant options under the Ever Glory Employee Share Option Scheme, award shares under the Ever Glory Performance Share Plan, renew the share-buyback mandate (up to 10 % of issued shares), and renew the general mandate for interested-person transactions.

All ordinary and special resolutions received approvals ranging from 94.41 % to 100 % of votes cast at the poll. The AGM concluded at 10:34 a.m. after the results were announced.
