Cosmo Lady: Executive Director Wu Xiaoli Adds 2.40 Million Shares, Lifts Family Stake to 0.37 %

Cosmo Lady (China) Holdings Company Limited reported that executive director Wu Xiaoli purchased 2.40 million shares on the open market between 23 April and 18 May 2026 at an average price of HK$0.442 per share.
Including the shares disclosed in the 21 April 2026 voluntary announcement, Wu Xiaoli has accumulated 8.35 million shares, representing approximately 0.37 % of Cosmo Lady’s issued share capital.
Wu Xiaoli is the spouse of chairman and substantial shareholder Zheng Yaonan, rendering Zheng deemed to be interested in the newly acquired shares under Hong Kong disclosure rules.
The board stated that the increased shareholding signals management’s confidence in the company’s prospects.
