Café de Coral Holdings Limited disclosed a fresh on-market repurchase of 206,000 ordinary shares on 14 August 2026 at prices ranging between HKD 5.74 and HKD 5.85, for a total consideration of HKD 1.20 million.
Including this latest transaction, the company has repurchased 6.26 million shares since 26 June 2026 under the current mandate approved on 19 August 2025. The cumulative volume equals 1.08% of the outstanding share capital at the mandate date and represents 10.80% of the 58.00 million-share limit authorised by shareholders. All repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation.
Despite the series of buy-backs, the register shows no change in issued share capital as at 14 August 2026: 580.00 million shares remain in issue, with no treasury shares recorded.
Under Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a), Café de Coral is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 13 September 2026 following the repurchase activity.
The company confirmed that all transactions complied with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board Rules and that there have been no material changes to the explanatory statement dated 8 July 2025.
