Hong Kong Stock Moves: CK Asset Surges Over 4% Ahead of Interim Results, UBS Expects Special Dividend

CK Asset Holdings Limited (01113) shares climbed more than 4% during trading. As of the latest update, the stock was up 3.66% to HKD 48.12, with a turnover of HKD 168 million.

The company is holding a board meeting today to approve the publication of its 2026 interim results and to consider the distribution of an interim dividend. UBS previously noted that to reflect the substantial disposal gain from UKPN (HKD 8.4 billion), it expects CK Asset to declare a special dividend of HKD 0.39 to HKD 0.82 per share for the first half of 2026, implying a payout ratio of 16% to 34%. Based on the bank's forecast of an organic dividend of HKD 1.78 per share for the 2026 fiscal year, the total dividend yield is projected to be between 5% and 6%.
