Shiyue Daotian Group Co., Ltd. disclosed that on 22 April 2026 it repurchased 282,000 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying an aggregate HK$1.82 million. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$6.27 to HK$6.50, implying a volume-weighted average cost of HK$6.44 per share.
Following the transaction: • Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.03% to 1,057.44 million. • Treasury stock increased from 10.43 million to 10.71 million H shares. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 1,068.15 million.
The repurchases were executed under the mandate approved on 26 June 2025, which authorises the company to buy back up to 42.18 million shares. Cumulative buybacks under this mandate now stand at 10.71 million shares, representing 2.54% of the issued share count on the mandate date.
In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Shiyue Daotian is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 22 May 2026.
