United Overseas Australia Ltd (UOS) said its Kuala-Lumpur–listed subsidiary UOA Development Bhd recorded revenue of about 32.5 million Singapore dollars for the three months ended Mar, 31 2026, a decline of roughly 25 per cent from 43.5 million Singapore dollars in the same period a year earlier.
Net profit after tax and minority interests fell 43 per cent year on year to approximately 12.0 million Singapore dollars. Profit before tax slid to around 15.3 million Singapore dollars from 26.8 million Singapore dollars previously.
The company said the lower revenue and earnings stemmed mainly from progressive recognition of its ongoing Malaysian projects—Bamboo Hills Residences, Aster Hill, Duo Tower and Aethera Residences.
New property sales during the quarter reached about 37.3 million Singapore dollars, while unbilled sales stood at roughly 175.0 million Singapore dollars as at Mar, 31 2026.
UOA Development added that it continues to explore “strategic opportunities for future growth and expansion.”
