Centurion Accommodation REIT obtains FEDA licence for Mandai Expanded Capacity

Centurion Accommodation REIT announced that it has received a Foreign Employee Dormitories Act (FEDA) licence covering 9,986 beds, including 1,980 beds under its Mandai Expanded Capacity project.
The licence is valid until Sep, 24 2028, three years from the trust’s listing date of Sep, 25 2025. The manager plans to submit a renewal application nearer to the expiry date.
With the approval in place, the manager will pay the Mandai Expanded Capacity Consideration of 34.0 million Singapore dollars to Lian Beng-Centurion (Mandai) Pte. Ltd.
