SoftBank Group is preparing to issue a record ¥1 trillion ($6.3 billion) retail bond in Japan, a move designed to secure capital for its financial commitment to OpenAI.
According to filings from the company, the seven-year notes are slated for pricing on September 4, with a coupon rate guidance range of 4.3% to 4.9%.
